Advertising in the Sangamon Valley Youth Symphony program booklets is a great way to show your support for youth arts in our area. There are three concerts in the season, with a total distribution of approximately 1,000 programs:
- Winter Concert: December
- Youth Soloists Competition Finals Concert: January
- Spring Concert, May
Your advertisement will be printed in all three programs.
You can obtain the advertisement order form here. Choose Adobe PDF format or JPEG image. The PDF format will print more clearly:

Concert program ads are printed in black and white (including grayscale and photographs).
We prefer electronic art submissions in any common computer file format. If you submit hard copy, please provide original camera-ready art for best reproduction. A technical guide is available here.
