The Springfield Area Arts Council and the Illinois Arts Council have again this year provided support for the educational outreach programs of the Sangamon Valley Youth Symphony. The grant of $650.00 will help us sponsor the Concert Orchestra tour of local grade schools on May 12, 2004, and the 3rd grade concerts at the Springfield Center for the Arts on March 24, 2004.
