  • Playing time: 5:00 PM - 5:30 PM

  • Bring: Music, music stand, and instrument
  • Dress: Black dress slacks or skirt, black shoes, black hose/socks, white shirt.
  • Note: Someone from the party will cue the group of what and when to play. An adult from SVYS will be present to coordinate. Parents of players should not attend this event. We respect that, for the wedding party, this is a private occasion. Unless you hear differently, you should assume that weddings are only for invited guests.
The Sangamon Valley Youth Symphony small ensembles (string quartet, woodwind quintet, brass quintet, and flute quartet) are available for weddings and other occasions. A donation is requested, which is used to support the SVYS programs. Please contact the SVYS office for booking information.
